Tuning In To Kids, is an initiative by the University of Melbourne to teach parents and professionals empathy in children. This website needed two separate areas, one for parents and one for teachers. This meant two separate events calendars and also a way for professionals to create their own events.

The Association of IllawarraL Community Language Schools, has hundreds of teachers and thousands of students in and around the Illawarra area. It needs an easy to access website that was bright, fun and usable. I moved away from conventional design (no home page slider!) and used css3 transitions to make the home page animation.

This website required a custom plug-in built for the “Resources” section. This was built with flexibility in mind as each separate resource could come in the form of a link, PDF upload or a Word Document. Then also there could be multiple files for each resource.

La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is a group of gourmands that meet monthly to for an elaborate dinner. The initial club was founded in 1600’s in Paris and now has an international network.

The challenge for this website was to build something inline with the international brand, but also individual to this particular group. I also needed to create a members area where members can view upcoming events, menus and galleries.

Wolf Group of Companies, required a very professional website that highlighted the many activities that the company undertakes. The challenge in this project was to make each section completely updateable by the client. This meant using the “Advanced Custom Fields” plug-in and applying many custom fields to various pages e.g. on “Wolf Valley” page each service had to have it’s own image field and text field.

The Australian Business Group Middle East is a consortium of Australian of business groups in the Middle East. This website serves as a portal to their events.

This means that each business group had it’s own log-in. When the user logs-in they can only access their news and events. Then when they create a news item or event it automatically is added to the specific group page.

Result Recruitment is a recruiting agency that is based both in the UK and in Australia. This website has a custom coded country selector in the top right hand corner. According to your IP address or which country you select all the job content and contact information changes.

This website also has a custom coded job directory with advanced search options.
